Schnitzel fans take note: On Saturday, 29.03.25, our schnitzel buffet offers you poultry and pork schnitzel – fresh and delicious with crispy breading, breaded by hand and fried in lard – just like from grandma’s good kitchen.

We also serve homemade sour cream, mushroom and paprika sauce, so that you have many variation options and can enjoy either a sour cream schnitzel with chips – the regional classic – or a breaded schnitzel with green salad and Urbachtal dressing. Try everything and find your favorite combination.

Our buffet offers delicious side dishes such as coleslaw, bean salad with sour cream sauce and croquettes.

At 17:30 the “Schwälmer Stubb” opens its doors and around 18:00 the buffet is opened. You can quench your thirst with freshly tapped beer from the regional brewery or try one of the exclusive wines from the Schappert winery. Of course, you will also find refreshing soft drinks, Vio spritzers with direct juice from local fruit and one or two regional and national schnapps for afterwards on our drinks menu.
