On the outskirts of the city, nestled in an English park landscape, is the former Hofgeismar spa – the Gesundbrunnen. Participants will learn interesting facts about the historic and magnificent buildings such as the fountain temple and Schönburg Castle. A highlight is the visit to the bathroom of Elector Wilhelm II. Today, the site is home to the Evangelical Academy, the Evangelical Preachers’ Seminary and the Evangelical Care for the Elderly.
