On the second weekend in August, the Bad Soden-Salmünster spa gardens around the shady music pavilion are transformed into a wonderful beer garden. The traditional festival in the spa gardens will be opened on Friday at 6 p.m. by Mayor Dominik Brasch, Spa Director Stefan Ziegler and the Salt Princess. At 6.30 p.m., the historical gunners of the Bad Soden-Stolzenberg shooting club give the starting signal for a colorful program that can be heard from afar. Afterwards, the men’s choir Frohsinn sings and from 7 p.m. a party band provides the best atmosphere every year.

On Saturday, visitors can look forward to an exclusive concert by the award-winning “Caravan Big Band” with vocals and a string ensemble under the motto “Summernight in the park”.

On Sundays, the area around the music pavilion is transformed into a cozy beer garden. The day usually starts at 10 a.m. with a church service. From 11 a.m., the firecrackers fire the starting shot to light the salt boiling fire under the mighty brine boiling pan. While Bad Soden’s natural brine slowly turns to salt, various music clubs from the region will be playing brilliant brass and light music from 11.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., providing cozy entertainment with coffee, cake, cool drinks and more in the Bad Soden-Salmünster spa gardens. The team from the Kunterbuntem children’s tent will entertain our younger guests on Sunday afternoon.
