A spring awakening definitely needs grilled food! On Saturday, 23.03.2024, our much-loved classics from the grill await you at our barbecue buffet in the Urbachtal. At 17:30 the “Schwälmer Stubb” opens its doors and around 18:00 the buffet is opened.

Help yourself to our richly laid buffet tables and enjoy freshly tapped regional beer, good wine from the Schappert winery or a refreshing soft drink.

The chicken fillets are a real treat – marinated according to our secret recipe, tender, juicy and perfectly fried! The Schwälmer potato sausage is a regional specialty and competes with the well-seasoned neck steaks for a place in your stomach. The spare ribs from the Urbachtal are already notorious and are therefore of course the highlight par excellence. Roasted until crispy on the outside, the meat remains tender and the marinade made from Urbachtaler special spices provides that extra kick.

Green salad made from Lollo Bianco, Lollo Rosso and oak leaf with our unique Urbachtal dressing as well as cabbage and bean salad round off the grilled dishes and provide the necessary freshness. You can enjoy our spicy potato wedges and farm fries on their own or with our various dips. Barbecue sauces, ketchup and mayonnaise are of course also available.
